How I build

A way of working, not a job title.

Context over hype

I start with the environment, not the model. The best system is the one that actually fits the place it serves.

Privacy by design

Trust is a feature. I default to local-first thinking and data practices that respect the people behind it.

Ship, then refine

An idea means nothing until it runs. I build working systems first, then make them sharper.

Details are the product

Craft compounds. The small decisions — wording, timing, spacing — are the ones people actually feel.

Range

One way of thinking, across very different problems.

From a classroom to a city's heat map to a government's security desk — the domain changes, the care doesn't.

Academic assistants and learning tools built around how an institution actually works — not generic answers.

What I believe

Anyone can add intelligence to a product. The part I care about is making it feel calm, trustworthy, and obvious — so the person on the other side never has to think about the machine at all.
